Our quality management system

two ISO standards combined for the realignment

Based on ISO 9001:2008 we have combined the ISO/TS 16949:2009 and ISO 14001:2004 standards into one integrated quality management system (QMS) at InnoSenT. We see the implementation of both standards as our basic obligation for the entire organisation.

Our QMS is based on four essential pillars as part of our quality policy.

Quality planning

We orient and direct ourselves to comprehensive project management as part of a standardised APQP process already during the planning and product creation. We implement this process across all phases of the development and apply the FMEA control and testing plan sustainably.

Quality control

Permanent monitoring of our processes is just as established as a comprehensive complaint management which covers all sequences from our suppliers to our customers. Functionally aligned document control guarantees the integrated compliance of all requirements.

Quality assurance

Quality assurance at InnoSenT starts with consistent supplier support and systematically functions over the entire process chain of incoming goods, production, outgoing goods on to the customers. A transparent and consistent traceability of our processes and products is a matter of course.

Quality improvement

As part of our CIP management, the continuous improvement requirement is a top priority. Through the sustainable evaluation of our processes and procedures regarding improvement potential, we guarantee consistent further development of our company.

 

 

 

A structured approach based on a PDCA cycle is extremely important in the daily implementation of our QMS. New standards can only be created with the proper planning of changes and improvements and their consistent implementation. Demand-related or cyclic result control assists us in the sustainable optimisation of our CIP.
