Donnersdorf, Germany, 09/10/2019.Consystem s.r.l., a distributor of electronic components and systems, will be taking part in this year’s Sicurezza in Rho (Milan), as an exhibitor. The Italian company will present selected products from InnoSenT GmbH there.
At booth D29 in hall area 7P, Consystem will provide information about pioneering solutions for the security sector, such as the new iSYS-5011 and iSYS-5021 radar systems with Smart Tracker licenses. Furthermore, visitors will have the opportunity to obtain initial information about further technical developments in security-related radar technology. Together with InnoSenT, Consystem will give visitors an exclusive preview of a forthcoming product innovation for near-range detection.

From November 13 to 15 November 2019, Sicurezza is inviting security experts from various industries to learn from each other about the latest trends and products. The focus is on topics such as cybercrime, building automation, occupational safety, fire protection, and urban security. The previous year’s edition of this international event saw over 25,000 visitors from the industry come together from 86 different countries.
Radar for security applications
The use of this technology provides the security sector with an array of advantages, such as insensitivity to weather, dust, light, and temperature. That’s why the sensors are particularly suitable for outdoor use. Motion detectors or even complex perimeter applications benefit from the systems’ properties.
Radar delivers precise and reliable information regarding, among other things, the presence or absence of people, as well as their speed, distance, angle, and direction of movement. Some systems also feature complex functions such as object classification and radar tracking.
InnoSenT’s product portfolio

While the INS radar system is designed as a near-range detector for indoor use, the four radar systems from the iSYS-50xx series are conceived for long ranges outdoors. The INS radar system combines motion sensors and proximity switches in a single product. This yields the important anti-masking effect, in order to maintain functionality even if the sensor is covered up.
The iSYS-50xx product series is perfectly suited to be combined with further security technologies such as video cameras in order to reduce the rate of false alarms. Thanks to the Tracker license available for iSYS-50x1 product variants, the series is also available as a standalone solution. The new iSYS-5011 and -5021 systems allow commercial security applications to incorporate such functions as radar tracking, object classification, defined danger zones and filter options for the first time.
