As a distributor, we attach great importance to professional handling and environmentally friendly disposal of electrical and electronic equipment. Consistent with the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act ElektroG, our goal is to ensure, that old electronic devices can be disposed in an uncomplicated and environmentally friendly manner. The ElektroG is the national adaption of the European WEEE (Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment) directive.

Obligatory Information according to §18 Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG)

Separate disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment

In compliance with the ElektroG, electrical and electronic devices must be collected and disposed of separately from normal household waste. Properly dispose of electrical and electronic equipment to avoid environmental damage. Contained or Built-in Batteries and rechargeable batteries or lamps that can be removed from the old device without destroying it must be removed and dismounted from the electronic product before disposal and disposed of separately as batteries or lamps.

 

Possibilities of returning old electronic devices

You can bring old devices manufactured by InnoSenT to an official station of electronic waste disposal located in your area, or you bring it personally to our headquarters in Donnersdorf. Feel free to ask us about other return options. You are welcome to use our contact form for this.

In addition, municipal collection points (set up by public waste disposal authorities) are available in your region for the correct and free disposal of old electronic devices.

 

Data protection Awareness

As product user or end customer, you are responsible for the proper disposal of your old devices. It is strongly recommended to delete all personal data from the old devices. Please make sure that all existing personal or sensitive data has been deleted before handing in your old devices.

When buying new electrical and electronic equipment, mind the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. This symbol indicates that the disposal of the device with household waste (yellow bin, residual waste and others) is prohibited. You are legally obliged to collect these devices separately from unsorted municipal waste. Disposal must take place at one of the designated waste collection or return points (see "Possibilities of returning old electronic devices").

As a distributor of electronic components in the B2B sector, we are duly registered with a WEEE number (WEEE Reg. No.). We were registered by the "Stiftung Elektro-Altgeräte Register (ear)", Nordostpark 72, 90411 Nuremberg as a manufacturer of electrical and/or electronic devices.
