One of our goal is to avoid or reduce the impact of packaging waste on the environment. That is why we are increasingly focusing on the avoidance, reuse and recycling of packaging waste. During packaging material decision-making processes, we consider whether more environmentally friendly materials are a viable option to avoid unnecessary environmental impact. Obligation to take back packaging that is not subject to waste system participation (Section 15 (1) VerpackG)
According to § 15 paragraph 1 VerpackG, all end consumers must be informed about the opportunity of returning packaging that is not possible to dispose in the established waste system. As a company, we are obliged under the Packaging Law to take back the sales and transport packaging with which we deliver our products to you. This also includes reusable packaging. We will take back the packaging mentioned free of charge, if it is used, empty packaging of the same type, shape and size that we have in our assortment.
It is important to note that this packaging does not belong in the residual waste, but should be returned to the economic cycle. The return can ensure environmentally friendly recycling in accordance with the requirements of the Packaging Law and make it easier to meet the recycling goals.
